Why choose powder coatings vs. wet painting

Powder coating is an eco-friendly solution that is safe for the environment. It emits no VOCs, which are harmful to the ozone and contaminate water sources. Compared to wet paint, powder coating is stronger, more durable, and more cost-effective, with a wide range of colors available.

The process involves applying the powder using an electrostatic spray gun to a grounded part. The charged powder particles cling to the item being coated, and then the item is placed in an oven and baked for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the item cools down, it is ready for packing and shipping, making the entire process quicker and more economical than traditional wet painting.

We only use high-quality virgin powders from trusted brands like Tiger Drylac, TCI, PPG, Sherwin Williams, and our own Extreme Brand Technology Powder.
